Melik-Pashayev

The publishing house "Melik-Pashayev" was born in 2008. At first we made books for toddlers, but gradually grew with our readers and now we publish books for children from 0 to 14 years old.

We make books that kids love:

– reprints of the best books of the Soviet period,
- world bestsellers,
- picture books for kids from modern authors,
- fascinating books for schoolchildren, from which it is impossible to tear yourself away,
– comics: our historical and classical French,
- educational books
– wimmelbuch
and many other wonderful books.

Where does a children's book start? Of course with pictures! And who should be engaged in publishing books for the smallest, no matter how artists. Our publishing house is a creative union of two artists, graduates of the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (MGUP) - Tatyana Rudenko and Maria Melik-Pashayeva.

Tatyana Rudenko is a graphic artist, book designer, worked for many years as an art editor at the Kniga publishing house. She is one of the founders of the children's creative workshop at the Tretyakov Gallery on Krymsky Val.

Maria Melik-Pashayeva is an illustrator, painter, handwritten type specialist, collector of children's books, participant of many exhibitions.
